Mon Rêve Wellness & Spa is an authentic oasis of peace where you can delight your senses and be pampered with extraordinary wellness treatments: the perfect antidote to the hectic pace of the city, for a five-star pure relaxation experience.
The first sauna in Puglia with a sea view. Made of wood and heated by hot stones. To create an intensive heat sensation, it is recommended to pour water on the stones to generate steam. It helps improve blood circulation and promotes the elimination of toxins through sweating.
It is performed after the sauna and steam bath to re-establish body temperature and reactivate circulation with the cold jet.
Steam bath with chromotherapy and aromatherapy enriched with eucalyptus oil to promote breathing. It is a treatment that takes place in an enclosed environment where the relative humidity is very high (from 90 to 100%). The internal temperature ranges from 40 to 60°C and increases from bottom to top. It promotes a deep cleansing and purification of the skin.
Heated pool with sea view and 3-jet hydromassage: lumbar zone, leg zone and cervical cascade. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the benefits of hydrotherapy.

Room with a warm marble bed and sea view where the Hammam ritual is performed, a preparation for the sauna and Turkish bath that involves cleansing and exfoliating the skin with Moroccan black soap and a horsehair glove. The skin will be clean, soft, and free from dead cells. The heat of the marble also promotes physical and mental relaxation.
